BeyHive Drags Matthew Knowles for Dropping the Bomb About Birth of Twins

Facing accusations of stealing his daughter and son-in-law’s moment after prematurely announcing the delivery of their twins this past weekend, Mathew Knowles, Beyonce’s father, has come under heavy fire from Queen Bey’s fan group, the Beyhive.

Knowles posted a seemingly innocent announcement of his newest grandchildren to Twitter yesterday (June 18). The picture of balloons shares the message “Happy birthday to the twins! Love, Granddad” with a caption: “They’re here!#beyonce #twins #jayz #happybirthday.”

The only problem with the semi-sweet sentiment is that Knowles was the first person to break the news to the public, not the mother nor father JAY-Z. This, in turn, only pissed the Beyhive off and set off a firestorm on Twitter. Fans accused the elder Knowles of attempting to steal his daughter’s shine and even questioned his place in the Carter inner circle.

It is believed that Beyonce gave birth several days ago which caused Jay Z to miss the Songwriters Hall of Fame Awards earlier this week where he was being honored.

No word yet on the name or the sexes of the new Carters but a guest was seen entering the hospital with pink and blue balloons which has caused speculation that one could be a boy and the other a girl.

Beyonce made the announcement in February and stated, “We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters”
