Dave East has been consistent with new music all year. He has always kept his large fan base extremely satisfied. Since signing with Def Jam in September of last year, the Harlem rapper has been gearing up to release his debut album. It has be revealed that the title of the project is ‘Paranoia’. It will be the follow-up to last year’s Kairi Chanel mixtape.
The first official single from East‘s debut album has arrived. The Chris Brown assisted, “Perfect” is one the ladies can appreciate and the fellas can use. Listen to it below.
Besides being one of the dopest emcees out right now, Dave East is a great dad. In an interview with Hot 97’s Nessa, East talked about his career as well as fatherhood.
“I’m going to keep it real with you, of course I want to be the best rapper ever and all those accolades but being a good father is what I take pride in,” East said. “I want her to feel like she has the best dad in the world so when she becomes a teenager she’s in love with me and knows that I will never have any negativity or bad thoughts towards her no matter what’s going on. I want our bond to be tight.”
