DJ Khaled is making the most out of his management deal since joining Roc Nation last year and has snagged the King and Queen of the operation, Jay Z and Beyoncé, for his new single “Shining.” The upbeat party joint will be featured on DJ Khaled’s upcoming album Grateful which will drop later this year.
For the single’s cover, Khaled uses a photo of his newborn son Asahd who just turned 3-months. The little tyke also made his first appearance at The Grammy’s last night on the carpet with his proud papa and momma, Nicole Tuck. Little Asahd can be seen rocking the tuxedo on the cover and the red carpet photos.
Khaled also spoke to People on the red carpet at The Grammy’s last night (Feb. 13) and said his Grammy nomination sparked the work on the new album and he also dished on working with Beyoncé which you can peep below.
Beyoncé won several Grammy awards last night including Best Music Video and Best Urban Contemporary Album. Khaled’s Major Key was also nominated for Best Rap Album but lost out to Chance the Rapper.
