At just 16 years old, Atlanta’s Domani effortlessly defies first-glance judgements with his world-weary lyricism and skillful, sing-song flow. Following the March release of his first official project The Constellation, Domani Harris shares the blacklight-soaked visual for “For You.”
Directed by AlphaMale Visuals, “For You” finds Domani leaning on a candy-painted Impala, melodically making his case to beautiful women in a graffiti-covered concrete jungle: On the track he raps,
“Tell me what’s the deal, why you tryna take the wheel when a n**ga blowin’ up/I know baby you nervous I won’t be the same person when the numbers goin’ up/Now you seeing the reaction that I’m getting when I’m passing all the women in the room/I thought that you’d be happy ’cause I worked for this, stop acting like I didn’t do this for you.”
Speaking of his latest clip, he stated, “In this video I just wanted to show a relationship struggling because of lack of trust. In this case, the girl couldn’t trust me because of the life I live, and where I would be in the future.”
