French Montana Pays Tribute to Chinx in “Whiskey Eyes” Video [WATCH]

Moroccan-American hip-hop artist, French Montana recently released his official sophomore album, ‘Jungles Rules.’ The star-studded album includes hits such as “Unforgettable” and “Bring Dem Things.” One of the many standout songs from the album is “Whiskey Eyes” featuring Chinx. The Rick Steel, Shaun Lopez and Ben Billions-produced track find French and Chinx reflecting on their success.The song has now received the visual treatment.

In a new video for “Whiskey Eyes”, French Montana holds a candle ceremony for his late friend. The Queens rapper died tragically in May of 2015 after being shot in the Briarwood neighborhood of Queens. Throughout the video, there are a lot of throwback pictures of Chinx shown while French Montana raps his verses. At the end of the video, French sits down with Chinx’s son Nugget. Young Money rapper. Drake also makes a cameo in the video.
