New York DJ Funkmaster Flex from New York radio station Hot 97 is not impressed at all with Nicki Minaj’s verse and appearance on Gucci Mane’s new video and single “Make Love.”
On the track, which first dropped in February, Nicki fires some shots at her nemesis Remy Ma although she’s yet to deliver a record in response to the shots fired at her on “SHEther.” Her lines include,
“I took two bars off just to laugh/ You see, silly rabbit, to be the queen of rap/ You gotta sell records, you gotta get plaques/ S, plural like the S on my chest/ Now sit your dumbass down/ You got an F on your test.”
Not impressed, Funkmaster Flex hit up Instagram showing his disapproval of Nicki’s lyrical bars, writing,
“Yoooooo??? Rhyming on a plastic air bunny???? Wow! This verse is Dumpster juice marinated in dinosaur piss!!! America this is your queen of rap! Ps. Just calling it as I see it! Just an opinion! @nickiminaj don’t be tight! Just my opinion!”
