Jay-Z To Tour This Fall To Promote His Upcoming Album, 4:44

Jay-Z

I’m sure that there is no other person in hip-hop that is as busy as JAY-Z.

He and his wife Beyonce recently welcomed twins to the world, he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and his Roc Nation celebrated Kevin Durant’s NBA Finals MVP award. With everything going on, JAY-Z didn’t let it hold him back from working. Earlier this month, the Brooklyn rapper and businessman started to heavily promote his upcoming album, 4:44. The promo for the album consisted of ads on billboards, buses, and more all over different cities with only the album title. The ads left everyone curious. JAY-Z’s album, 4:44 will be released on June 30. The album will be released exclusively through Tidal and will be available to subscribers and Sprint users. Sprint recently inked a major deal with Tidal.

Tours to promote albums usually happen shortly after the album has been released. That won’t be the case for JAY-Z. An official statement has been released from Page Six to announce JAY-Z’s tour for 4:44, but the tour won’t kick off until this Fall. It has been reported that tour delay is before of the recent birth of his twins. There are no confirmed details yet as to when the tour will start, what it could be called, or if it’ll be international.
