Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’s Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez had another round in court, as the reality TV bad boy accused his former romance partner of lying about every major detail about her life, right down to her name.
According to TMZ, Stevie claims Hernandez’s entire life is a lie, but his accusations weren’t quite enough to persuade a judge to issue a restraining order in his favor.
In documents he filed, he says Joseline’s real name is Shenellica Juneann Bettencourt and she’s actually 39, 10 years older than she claims to be. Added to that, he says she isn’t even of Puerto Rican descent and might be currently married to another man. He ends his claims saying the baby she is currently carrying isn’t even his.
None of the information, however, seemed to help in granting that restraining order against her.
