Juelz Santana Teams Up with Dave East, Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel to Drop “Time Ticking” Video [Watch]

Juelz Santana and Dave East alongside Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel let off explosives last December when they released their single, “Time Ticking”; now the squad is back at it again only this time it’s with the visual.

On Tuesday (March 14),  the Dipset lieutenant released the official video for the smash single, without an appearance from Shmurda or Rebel (for obvious reasons).

As the video opens, Santana is on the phone with Rebel discussing the record. After their brief conversation, he and East hit the streets and post up at the corner store to deliver their hard-hitting verses. Sporting a ski mask Juelz flaunts his gaudy jewelry while rapping with a stack of cash in his hand.

Like his Harlem cohort, East brings the flair as he dishes out his braggadocios verse in a bandana and sunglasses as he spits, “I was in and out of court, I had LeBron vision/ Came a long way from that lo mein and that orange chicken.”

Juelz and Dave East continue to pay tribute to Shmurda and Rebel throughout the video for the track, repping their shared borough of Harlem (GS9, meanwhile, hail from Brooklyn).

Santana has been dropping new music on a weekly basis, which has found him working with an array of rappers new and old, including Migos, French Montana, Don Q, and fellow Dipset members Jim Jones and Cam’ron.
