It looks like the courts are making Juvenile back that azz up after he was arrested and booked into the Orleans Justice Center jail on Saturday (June 17) for failure to pay child support and contempt of court.
Civil Court Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott has ordered the 42-year-old Juvenile to pay $154,000 to Dionne Williams, the mother of his son, for back child support or face 90 days behind bars. Juve is being held at the Orleans Justice Center jail on $150,000 bond.
According to court documents, the Hot Boy is accused of owing $155,000 since 2012 and got credit for paying $20,000 in 2017. Juve was also kept and charged with contempt of court for failure to appear at a May 8 hearing, as well as lack of child support payment.
According to NOLA.com, Juvenile, whose real name is Terius Gray, is also accused of owing $71,000 in child support payments to Williams dating from 2013 to present, but that amount is not included in the reasons for his arrest on Saturday.
It looks like someone’s Father’s Day is off to a rocky start. Hopefully the Cash Money soldier can bounce back.
