After returning home from the hospital late last month the mental breakdown, TMZ reports that Kanye West is back in the studio recording music.
Sources close to the celebrity news outlet say that he built a temporary studio in his and wife Kim Kardashian’s Bel-Air mansion. Sources also say that since returning home, the multi-platinum rapper/ producer has been “more relaxed and focused.”
And apparently, his homecoming has sparked some creative juices in him as well as others. Producer Pete Rock has been sharing small samples of music via Instagram that he and Yeezy apparently collaborated on. The caption reads “Playing 45s in da lab with Kanye West.”
In another clip, there is a notepad with what looks like an album tracklist.
In other West-related news, reality TV star Jonathan Cheban told E! News at the DailyMail.com holiday party that rumors of Kim Kardashian planning to divorce Ye and seek custody of their two children are false.
Cheban is known to be one of Kim’s best friends. And apparently, that was the first he had heard of the divorce rumors for the first time. “I don’t know where people come up with stories,” he says, “but it’s literally hysterical.”
