After months of trying to track Chris Brown down to serve papers for a restraining order against him and finally putting the paperwork in his hand at his birthday party in Houston Thursday night (May 4), Karrueche Tran is ready to have her day in court and tell all about the R&B singer’s abuse, according to TMZ.
The celebrity news outlet reports that the model/actress isn’t afraid to testify against the R&B singer, unlike Rihanna who chose to keep the sordid details of their failed relationship to herself. According to reports, Tran is fired up about exposing Brown for the way he “allegedly kicked her down a flight of stairs, punched her in the stomach, threatened to shoot her and made other death threats.” TMZ sites sources of the information as being “connected” to Tran.
As previously reported, Karrueche successfully obtained a restraining order against Brown back in February, after filing legal documents stating he tried to kill her and physically abused her in the past. Karrueche claimed in a sworn statement that Chris “told a few people that he was going to kill me.” She then says Chris told the friends if he can’t have her then no one else can, threatening to “take me out” and “threatened to shoot me.”
The most shocking was Karrueche revealing that Chris “punched [her] in the stomach twice,” and “pushed [her] down the stairs,” while undergoing therapy and court proceedings for the physical assault against Rihanna.
Friends of Karrueche have been threatened as well, the legal documents state, which isn’t hard to believe after witnessing Chris try to get in a car with Karrueche after leaving a nightclub in LA in 2015 and telling one of her friends, “Move to the back before I make you move.”
