Keyshia Cole Being Sued Over 2014 Fight with Cash Money Employee

Sabrina Mercadel, the woman who accused Keyshia Cole of beating her up in 2014 at Birdman’s Los Angeles condo, is now suing the R&B singer for $4 million, TMZ reports.

Cole’s accuser is seeking  $1.5 million for pain and suffering, $500,000 for emotional distress, $2 million for loss of use of body part, $200,000 for future medical expenses, $50,000 for loss of earnings and $300,000 for future loss of earnings.

According to reports, the cat fight started after Cole reportedly popped up at the home and let into the building by a security guard. When she found Mercadel there, she allegedly started throwing blows and scratching her. According to the lawsuit, after Keysh her paws on Sabrina, she insinuated that Sabrina was a prostitute, slapping her on the butt and telling her, “You can get your money later.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cole was arrested for  misdemeanor battery. Mercadel was granted a restraining order from a judge. She initially had Baby’s building named in the suit as well but later dropped those charges.

Mercadel reportedly has said that her relationship with the Cash Money CEO was “plutonic.”
