Pompano Beach, Fla. rapper Kodak Black was released from a South Carolina jail today after posting $100,000 bond on a charge of criminal sexual conduct, the Sun Sentinel reports.

The 19-year-old entertainer celebrated his a release with an Instagram post showing a picture of Black, whose given name is Dieuson Octave, with a wide Kool-Aid grin, as he walks out of a building, seemingly the jail in Florence County, S.C., where he is facing the charge.

He was extradited from Florida to South Carolina to face sexual assault charges stemming from an alleged incident in a Florence hotel room around Feb. 7, the daily newspaper reported. The warrant for Octave states that he “forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room.”

Kodak is accused of forcefully removing the victim’s underwear, orally assaulted her and penetrated her without consent. The victim reportedly told Kodak “no” and “to stop.” The police report said that he also bit the victim on her neck and chest and that those injuries were confirmed by a sexual assault kit.
