Kodak Black Previews New Music Off ‘Project Baby 2’ [Watch]

Kodak Black has been keeping up a hectic schedule since being released from jail in June, putting out a number of new tracks in anticipation of his upcoming release Project Baby 2.

Although he will be on house arrest for another year, his team built an in home studio for the rapper who has been working on music nonstop. On his latest release, “Just a Wrap Freestyle,” Black discusses the experience of being a confined rapper.

“This house arrest might be a blessing, might be better. Whatever happened to that 187?/On another note, you niggas should know better…I don’t cop no pleas unless I’m jammed up/The only way you talking to me is ’bout some cheddar.”

Two weeks ago, pictures surfaced online of Kodak and Offset working in studio Murda Beatz and now Kodak has released two behind-the-scenes clips showing fans the work he’s putting in for the highly anticipated project.  shot by Wavylord.

In the video shot by Wavylord, Kodak speaks to fans regarding his legal situation and plans on taking his life into a new direction.

“If you love me, you would understand my situation/’Cuz you already know I’m on probation/Everybody telling me they miss the old me/But the how fuck I’m finna change and be the old me?” he spits in one clip.

Kodak’s been dropping some incredible music including “First Day Out,” “My Cousin,” “Just a Wrap Freestyle,” and  “Water,”, the Florida-bred MC sounds more focused as ever right now.
