New Orleans has been on fire for the last few days during the NBA All-Star Weekend. Making the city even more scorching was when LeBron James reunited Lil Wayne and the Hot Boys onstage with 2 Chainz during a party for Beats by Dre last night (Feb. 18).
“This is my party. I gotta make sure that people fully understand what’s going on tonight,” the basketball legend said onstage. “We got Juvie, Mannie, Turk in here tonight..and free my nigga B.G. Yo, I grew up on these boys right here…but I had to let y’all know that everything that go on tonight, y’all better appreciate this shit cause it may not happen again.”

Unfortunately, B.G. was not in attendance due to his current incarceration for felony firearm possession, and Birdman is currently battling Wayne over millions Tunechi claims he’s owed. But none of that stopped the show. The former Cash Money affiliates performed classics from Wayne solo tracks like “Go DJ” to the Big Tymers; “Still Fly.”
