Listen to the Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans’ New Song “Ten Wife Commandments”

Faith Evans just unveiled her new duet with her late husband, The Notorious B.I.G., called the “Ten Wife Commandments.” Mixing Biggie’s classic the “Ten Crack Commandments,” Faith gives her rundown on how to keep a man.

This is third track released from The King & I, a duet album Faith is releasing with her late husband on May 19. Faith previously unlocked “NYC” which also features Jadakiss and “When We Party” with Snoop Dogg. The album will also include a few rare unheard verses from Biggie.

The album also boasts features from Busta Rhymes, 112, Lil’ Cease, Lil’ Kim, The L.O.X., and Biggie’s mother, Ms. Voletta Wallace.

DJ Premier, Just Blaze, Salaam Remi, Stevie J, and Chucky Thompson are some of the producers providing heat to the project.

In a statement, Evans revealed that the “Ten Wife Commandments” was the first song she started when she began working on The King and I.

“Excited and optimistic about the new deal and the opportunity to bring my idea to life, I started looking for Big’s a capellas on YouTube while in Detroit rehearsing with my band. With ‘Ten Crack Commandments’ being one of the songs I had always wanted to redo, I found it and got to work! It took a few different sessions to get the commandments to be meaningful and clever, but I do feel these are points that both men and women can appreciate.”
