Meek Mill Gives Fans A Sneak Peek Of New Music On Instagram [Listen Now]

Meek Mill recently took to Instagram to give fans a preview of some brand new music from an upcoming project.

After continuously being the subject of controversy for lashing out against the Hip-Hop media, catching an assault charge in a St. Louis airport, and being caught in the middle of the Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj beef, Meek Mill finally gets back to the music as he recently posted some previews of  three brand new songs, including one with Rick Ross from an unconfirmed project. It is speculated that the new records could be from his long-delayed follow-up to Dreamchasers 4, Dreamchasers 4.5.

The “Dreams & Nightmares” rapper writes on an IG post about how dedicated he was when making new music for the unconfirmed project.

“Put my heart and my soul into this project! This gone be my best work by far! All this s–t bought the best out me and I love it! #wins&losses,” wrote Meek.

The new songs stay true his to style of delivering brazen bars over blaring, menacing trap production. Two of the songs are grimy bangers that sounds as if they’re strictly for the streets while the third and last preview sounds more club and radio friendly.

“No weapon formed against me shall prosper/Young ni–a started with oodles of noodles, now we eatin’ lobster”, he raps on one of the previews.

Meek is obviously feeling these heaters as he’s smiling while rapping over the heavy bass filled beats. Ricky Rozay is also in rare, aggressive form on the collabo with Meek as he dishes some sinister tough talk. “You touch Renzel, you’re going down,” he snarls.

Ever since last year, the Philly rapper has been teasing the release of Dreamchasers 4.5 but until recently, nothing has materialized. But, after Meek gave fans a potent taste of what’s to come, it sounds as if his new project, DC 4.5 or not, sounds extremely promising.

Listen to the new previews below.
