It seems like Migos are living up to their hit single “Bad and Boujee” as the Atlanta trio has been hit with a million dollar lawsuit accusing them of not returning a few items after a video shoot.

According to TMZ, after shooting the video for Niykee Heaton’s “Bad Intentions” which they co-starred, stylist Marcus Clark tried several times to retrieve the items worth over $20,000.

According to the documents, the group walked off with three  Enfants Riches Déprimés shirts worth $18,138 and two pairs of vintage sunglasses by Versace and Les Copains valued at $700.

Clark stated that he made several attempts to retrieve the clothing but only received a text from Migos’ manager saying,  “That’s over wit.”

Clark’s now demanding over $1 million in damages relating to the loss of the clothing.

The Migos have been in the hot seat this week after they reportedly jumped Sean Kingston and put hands on the singer. Apparently a fight broke out between Kingston and the members of the group after an argument over Soulja Boy turned violent at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Vegas.

The Migos members reportedly badly injured Kingston, kicking him and stomping on his head before someone in Kingston’s entourage reportedly pulled a gun and fired into the air.

As the Migos continue to pipe it up, check out the “Bad Intentions” video now with the ATL crew and their new found gear.
