Miguel Dismisses Woman’s Claims of Sexual Assault

Earlier this month, Miguel was accused by a female fan of sexually assaulting her in a nightclub. After taking a selfie with the R&B singer, she claims that he pulled out her breast.

“We take a selfie, cute little photo,” the woman says in a video posted to social media. “But right after we take the photo, he reaches his hand down my shirt and takes my breast out of my top. Like literally takes pulls my breast out of my shirt right after we take a photo.”

Thursday, TMZ caught up with Miguel at LAX, where he dismisses the woman’s claims as a cry for attention.

“I think we’re just in a time where […] people are really looking for attention in the wrong ways,” he said. “It’s kind of sad actually […] You’ve always got to be more aware of how things can be and how things can be spun. It’s a crazy time.”

When asked if there was some truth to the woman’s story, Miguel told the paparazzi “it’s not even worth answering.”
