The new Air Jordan 3 release has swirled around the internet for months and was thought to be released later this year around the holidays. Fans may be familiar with the drop as the Cyber Monday 3’s but they now will be dubbed Premium Icon and will release later this week. After a two-year hiatus, the retro Air Jordan 3s are scheduled to have a new release, however, and you won’t have to wait for Christmas to cop a pair.
The name change is a very fitting spin for the luxurious yet understated take on the classic. The shoe features a full-premium leather black top, perforated leather on the tongue, shoelace panels and finished off with a crisp, all-white sole. Even the shoelaces look top-notch in quality.
The new design opts out of the signature elephant print which may be a deal breaker for some, but with a look that clean, the release is sure to have sneaker heads lined up all over to catch a pair.
The Premium Icon 3s will be released this Saturday, October 15th at Jordan brand retailers for $190. Will you get yours?
Other Jordans scheduled to be released later this year include Air Jordan IX “Kobe PE” and Air Jordan XII Premium “Deep Royal Blue” in November and Air Jordan XI “Space Jam” and Air Jordan III “Wool” and Air Jordan VI “Black Cat” in December.
