Oprah Winfrey will have the final sitdown interview with First Lady Michelle Obama later this month. The interview entitled “First Lady Michelle Obama Says Farewell to the White House — An Oprah Winfrey Special” will air on CBS Dec. 19th at 8/7c and again on OWN on Dec. 21 at 9/8c.
Oprah will talk to Mrs. Obama about her eight years as First Lady, her accomplishments in the White House and her plans for the future. The interview will be produced by OWN Studios.
Michelle Obama previously appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show several times, as well as with her husband, President Barack Obama, in the show’s final season. Oprah was a heavy Obama supporter ever since his first Presidential run back in 2007.
We can’t wait to hear what she has planned next although she and her husband already nixed rumors that she may run for President in 2020.
