It seems as if people are having enough of all of the sexual scandals surrounding R. Kelly. Earlier this week, he was accused of masterminding an abusive sex cult, and now, the Care2 petition has garnered more than 23,000 of their goal of 25,000 signatures for his record label Sony to drop him from their roster.

The petition says that the R&B singer “has preyed on teenage girls for the past 25 years. It’s time our society stops his cycle of abuse. Join us in telling Sony to #DropRKelly for habitually preying on teenage girls for the past 25 years!”

The petition creates a timeline of questionable sexual behavior from the Chicago native, dating back to his 1994 marriage to then-15-year-old late R&B singer Aaliyah.

“We must not let habitual abusers float above justice simply because they are rich and famous. Let’s work together to turn R. Kelly into a symbol for victim’s rights, reminding abusers everywhere that no one is untouchable,” the petition reads. “Join us in telling Sony to #DropRKelly for habitually preying on teenage girls for the past 25 years!

Earlier this wee, BuzzFeed published an investigative article detailing alleged accounts of parents and former entourage members who claim R. Kelly is holding multiple women in a sex cult. The piece claims Kelly controlled their ever move with strict rules and punishments for breaking those rules. One of those women let everyone know that she was “fine” and not being held against her will.
