“Power” Comes to an End After Season 6

In a recent interview with Variety, the creator of hit Starz series Power announced the gritty crime drama is coming to an end after its sixth season, set to debut on Aug. 25.

“We will follow some of your beloved Power characters beyond the scope of the initial series,” Kemp said in a statement. “But we will play with your expectations of which characters, where, and the master timeline of it all, creating a Power universe as unpredictable as the original.”

The final season will consist of 15 episodes and will feature the directorial debut of Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. The rapper/ actor / director took to Instagram to promote the upcoming season as well as four spinoff shows.
