President Barack Obama grabbed the mic and went for his one last time last night for his final White House tree lighting ceremony. President Obama took the lead on “Jingle Bells” and “Feliz Navidad” as his back-up singers included Chance the Rapper, Kelly Clarkson, the Lumineers, Yolanda Adams, James Taylor, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood and Marc Anthony as well as actress and host, Eva Longoria.
Chance the Rapper also performed his hit “Sunday Candy” with help from Nico Segal and the Social Experiment. The tree lighting will be broadcast on the Hallmark Channel on December 5th. Check out clips of the performance now.
In related news, Saturday Night Live announced that Chance the Rapper will be the musical guest on December 17th, the show’s final broadcast of 2016.
The performace will mark Chance’s third SNL performance in 12 months.
