Narrated by Academy Award® winner Kevin Costner, The Hurt Business: A Deeper Look into MMA, follows the daily lives of the sport’s biggest stars including UFC Light-Heavyweight Champion Jon “Bones” Jones, former UFC Light-Heavyweight Champion Rashad “Suga” Evans and female phenomena Ronda Rousey for a deeper look into what life is really like inside the brutal world of mixed martial arts.
Speaking of his new anthem “Warrior’z Way” from the flick, Quan said,
“This song urges anyone going through any kind of fight in life to keep pushing no matter what. Be a warrior… when your only option is win or lose, live or die, eat or starve, predator or prey– no ‘in-betweens.’ That’s how a warrior lives life.”
Best known for his 2005 hit with Nas, “Just A Moment,” Quan has been championed by his hometown of Newport “Bad News,” VA and Hip-Hop heads around the country.
Since his run with Nas, Quan has released various loose singles, landed placement of his song “Amerikka’s Pie“ on season five of the HBO hit show The Wire, and guest-featured on Asher Roth‘s hit “Summer Time.”
