Subscription Cancellation and Merchandise Return Policy

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription to GRIP Magazines premium member, digital and/or print magazine, you may cancel at any time and your account will no longer be charged. We will also issue a refund for any issues that not have been delivered if you have a print magazine subscription.

Please allow 2-3 days for changes to take affect. Once your cancellation is processed you will receive an email confirming your cancelation. If you require further assistance please contact us using the form on our Contact Page and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as GRIP Magazine cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
