New York Hip-Hop continues to return to its grimey roots as producer Scram Jones supplies the back drop as Dave East, Uncle Murda and Styles P load up the clips and deliver a lyrical “NYC Drive-By.”
Uncle Murda’s hook starts things off letting you know just where they stand as he hollers,
“He was popping mad shit till them shells popped out/ Bullet hit him in his head, made his brain pop out/ He was popping mad shit till them shells popped out/ Bullet hit him in his head, made his brain pop out.”
Murda then continues his raw hood play-by-play scenario as he spills,
“He was poppin mad shit, man, he wasn’t strapped up/ In front of his baby moms, he got smacked up/ On the low, he was ready to fight back/ Till he saw that Draco then fell right back/ Got my finger on the trigger, I’ll pull it nigga/ Not even Mayweather could box these bullets nigga/ Thug Life, I’m 2Pac Shakur nigga/ Black lives matter but not yours nigga.”
Styles P and Dave East also get out the car and spray the whole neighborhood as they attempt to bring the crown back home. Peep the venomous bars now as Scram Jones helps resurrect New York.
