Sean Kingston Suing Nightclub For $900K, Claims He Is Living in Fear After Chain Snatching

Sean Kingston says that he has been suffering from anxiety, fear, discomfort, mental and emotional distress since his chain was snatched, he caught a beat down and robbed of more than $300,000 in jewels while partying at Hollywood nightclub Playhouse last June.

Bossip recently reported Kingston (born Kisean Anderson) filed a $900,000 civil assault and battery suit against the nightclub, alleging the guards did nothing to protect him while he was hit over the head with a champagne bottle, beat up and ran of his jewelry. As a result of the incident, he claims that he has been living in fear.

According to the lawsuit obtained by the site, Kingston believes the club set him to get robbed. Kingston said the club’s security guards stopped anyone trying to help him out during the altercation and allowed for his attackers to escape.

“Anderson (Sean Kingston) is informed and believes and theron alleges that Penthouse security was involved in orchestrating the assault and refused to provide aid to Anderson,” his suit reads.

Both The Game and Meek Mill were present during the alleged incident. Kingston got put into their squabble when Game accused Kingston of ratting him out the the cops.

Since then, the diss war has been ongoing with Kingston posting a video to social media dissing Game.
