Soulja Boy has been slapped with a lawsuit for threatening to kill Skrill Dilly over Nia Riley via a video posted last August, according to TMZ.
In the video, SB brandished a gun and said, “I’ll kill yo bitch ass.”
In his lawsuit, Skrill says Soulja put a $10,000 on his head. And because of that Skill says his baby’s mama will no longer allow him to see his daughter, fearing the child would get caught in the crossfire.
Skrill says that he can’t see his daughter due to undisclosed medical issues triggered by SB’s threats. The New Orleans rapper is suing for damages and cash to cover his medical expenses.
The situation stems started when Skrill came to Nia Riley’s defense, alleging that Soulja Boy had been disrespecting her on Twitter. Nia Riley, the daughter of Teddy Riley, is the ex-girlfriend of Soulja Boy, who apparently has been sending slugs at Riley, as was the case with him flipping her off in the video.
