Teen’s Eye Makeup is Actually Portraits of Beyonce and Rihanna

Fans recreate images of their favorite entertainers all the time. But an Oregon teen’s fan art is going viral because she used her own face as a canvas, reports BuzzFeed. Added to her makeup routine, 15-year-old Emily Oliver drew portraits of the likes of Rihanna, Beyoncé, and beauty gurus beside her eyelids. *cries in crooked winged eyeliner*

Anyone who’s true member of the Beyhive or RihNavy has left the house in something with the stars’ faces plastered on it at least once. Why not treat your face in a similar accord? Oliver’s obsession with Rihanna drove her to pay such homage, she told BuzzFeed, especially after the release of DJ Khaled’s “Wild Thoughts” music video. “All over Twitter and Instagram, everything I saw was about Rihanna,” she said. “I wanted to show my love for her, and test myself at the same time.” Oliver entered the challenge with visual art skills—making portraiture on such a small area her next trial. She’s been working on this mission for four months, and the Rihanna look after the video’s June 2017 premiere. Alongside the Bajan’s image, the teen paints her eyes with the red, orange, and tones seen in Rih’s wardrobe and scenery.

With the success of Bad Gal Riri taking the place of winged eyeliner, Oliver sought after her next challenge—Queen Bey. Having already mastered mini-portraiture, she took just two and a half hours to complete Beyoncé and the adjoining Lemonade-colored eyelids. She continued on to do makeup art with other famous faces like beauty vlogger Jackie Aina. Check out the Emily Oliver’s talent below.
