Toni Braxton Hospitalized Four Days, Now Home

After spending several days in a Los Angeles hospital due to her lupus battle, R&B songstress Toni Braxton has returned home earlier today, usatoday.com reports.

Braxton spokeswoman Maureen O’Connor said today that Braxton “is resting at home and is fine.”

Earlier today, TMZ reported the R&B singer had been in the hospital for four days and said to be in “serious condition.” Word has it that as soon as Birdman got the news, he jumped a jet from New York. The two have been a pair since earlier this year.

O’Connor said, however, that Braxton was not in serious condition but added that the disease must be monitored at all times. Braxton went public with the diagnosis of the autoimmune disease in 2010.

Just last month, Braxton was hit with a new tax lien, two years since filing for bankruptcy for the second time. She is being accused of not paying $125,000 in back state taxes, only two years after a judge discharged her massive $10 million debt in her 2nd bankruptcy case.

The lien, filed on Aug. 17, is with the State of California and they are reportedly set to begin seizing her assets if she doesn’t bring in some of those stacks to keep the state from unleashing the IRS hounds on her.
