2 Chainz and Waka Flocka are beyond blessed and gave back to their Atlanta communities this weekend by giving away thousands of turkeys and canned goods. Waka Flocka partnered with Sheriff Victor Hill and his staff and rounded up his crew and handed out birds on Sunday at the Clayton County courthouse.

Waka Flocka’s mother, music manager Ms. Debra Antney, told WSB-TV Atlanta News,

It’s a blessing. Once upon a time, people did this for us. So it’s always good when you can give back to other people. It’s just a blessing. The goal was to hand out 1,000 turkeys, but at one point Waka Flocka had to go to the store to buy more because so many people showed up.”

2 Chainz and his TRU click also linked up and gave away turkeys in his old southwest Atlanta West End neighborhood stomping grounds. 2 Chainz gave out  food for the Holiday season for the second straight year at his Street Execs Studio and the community endeavour was held in honor of rapper Bankroll Fresh, a member of his crew who was murdered earlier this year.

T.I.’s son Domani Haris was also in the mix helping those families in need. Salute to Waka and Titi Boi for giving back and remembering where they came from.
