South Florida rapper, XXXTentacion is gearing up to release his debut LP, “17.” The highly anticipated debut will only contain 8 songs.
XXXTentacion spoke on the album saying,
“It’s my first body of work, first official album release, and the first time I’ve put my all into a project, I mean it when I say this project is absolutely amazing. If you listen to me to get hype or to not think, don’t buy this album, this one is for the depression, for the depressed ones, for the lost ones.”
It is good to have X back in the spotlight after he announced three weeks ago via social media that he would be going on a hiatus. “I’m going to disappear for a little while,” he said in a post. “I love you all.” The announcement came about of month after he was released from jail.
“I just know it’s people hating pretty much. People just being haters. At the end of the day like, to be 19 years old and have this amount of success… there’s going to be a lot of problems. It’s not something I wasn’t ready for. So I mean, I’m just gonna take it like a man and be a man about the situation and do what I gotta do.” X said.
