On the heels of the release of a seething diss track “Play Wit Yo Bitch” aimed at Yo Gotti, Young Dolph sat down with DJ Holiday earlier this week to discuss the origins of their beef, Gotti’s street cred and rumors that Gotti once tried to sign him.
“I wouldn’t even feel right; I’d feel so out of place over there with some faggots,” Dolph protested. “Cocaine Muzik faggots.”
During the interview, the Memphis rapper had some choice words to describe Gotti like “sucker” and lame. He also said that the beef between the two Memphis rappers stemmed from sneak disses that Gotti made on a his latest mixtapes.
“He tried sneak-dissin me two times. The last two tapes he put out. He thought the coast was clear,” Dolph said.
When Holiday asked if the beef would stay on wax and what would he do if he say Gotti at a show, Dolph simply suggested, “Just stay out my way.”

In unrelated news, Dolph released the video for “Meech” from his Gelato mixtape, which was released late last week. Featuring appearances from Migos, Wiz Khalifa, Paper Route Empire labelmate Jay Fizzle, and Lil Yachty, who guests on the lead single “Bagg,” Gelato is Dolph’s first step in a breakout 2017.
“Meech” is the second visual to follow the frigid Gelato. On the “Play Wit Yo Bitch,” Dolph claims to have a had relations with Yo Gotti’s baby momma. Dolph spazzes on his fellow Memphis native, spitting,
“You know, and your whole pussy ass team knows nigga I’ve been sparing your bitch ass for the past 5 years nigga/ You know that shit man, come on man/ CM who?/ CMF/ The Cocaine Musik Faggots/ I know, you know, the whole motherfuckin’ city know/ You’s a bitch/ Don’t play with me man, play with your bitch.”
