Young Thug Beats Felony Drug Charge Due to Illegal Search

Young Thug was facing felony cocaine possession, felony marijuana possession and three counts of felony gun possession charges, but the Atlanta rapper has now put that all behind him, TMZ reports.

Since the July 2015 raid of Thug’s Sandy Springs, Ga. home by the cops, the district attorney had dropped all but the marijuana charges. Thug’s lawyers argued the weed charge should be kicked out too, due to the cops conducting the search without a proper warrant, and the judge agreed, throwing out that charge as well.
