Black Hippy member Schoolboy Q is an enigma when it comes to music, a gangster and a gentleman Q has created some of the most prolific songs and thugged out anthems all on one album.
Durning an interview with Montrealiy, Q dishes on about love, losing his virginity and the Black Hippy movement.
In regards to love, Q says that while he doesn’t know how to truly define it, he does know how he feels to display it openly.
“I don’t know what love is, I know it’s just a word. I know how I feel about my daughter, my mom or when something bad happens with my homeboys, but love is just a word. I don’t know if nobody knows what love is, you’ve just got to feel it.”
In regards to losing his virginity, Q said that the event was everything but ordinary and led to him doing something he would never do again.
“I was like 12 and she 13, and this story may gross some people out but the first time I had sex I f*cked a girl in the ass because we were doing it doggystyle and I thought that was where it was supposed to go. (laughs) That was the first and last time I f*cked a girl in the ass.”
But it wasn’t all sex and love, the “THat Part” rapper dished on what we can not expect from him, but also the Black Hippy movement and how TDE stays so humble.
