21 Savage Stars in New Animated Web Series, ‘The Year 2100’

21 Savage

Months ago we got to see rapper 21 Savage on a funny meme as a super villain. The meme was inspired by 21 Savage’s appearance on ESPN’s Highly Questionable. Based off of the meme and the appearance on the show, there is now a new six-part animated web series focusing on 21’s exploits as a futuristic super villain. The web series is called The Year 2100. The web series launched on an Instagram account by the name of WeBuyGold.

On the first episode of The Year 2100, we get to see things fast forward to the year 2100. It is call the “year of the savage” by a news anchor named Bryan Zeecrest. The name of the news anchor is a reference to popular media personality, Ryan Seacrest. From there, we see shots of an animated 21, whose voiced by 21 Savage himself.

The first episode shows the rapper plotting in his floating ship/fortress as he is on the verge of losing control of the slaughter gang. In the middle of rap wars, 21 Savage loses all of his lyrics and instrumentals. The episode ends with us wondering how he will survive and escape the mess. We will have to wait until the second episode appears next week to see.

Watch the first episode below.
