Bankroll Fresh’s ‘In Bank We Trust’ Cover Art & Release Date Revealed

Exactly one day before the one-year anniversary of the March 4, 2016 death of Bankroll Fresh, the artwork and release date for the upcoming posthumous album have been released via the rapper’s official Twitter.

In Bank We Trust is scheduled to be released on April 24th. The cover art features a golden coin engraved with Bankroll’s face.

The album’s first single “Truth Be Told” has already dropped. Check it out below.

Born Trentavious Zamon White Sr. on August 2, 1987, the Atlanta rapper died in an Atlanta hospital after an altercation with a childhood friend and fellow rapper No Plug at Street Execs studio and later died at on March 4 of last year. Since, the Atlanta Police Department released a video showing the moments prior to the rapper being shot.

While reports have been conflicting ever since the incident, the police seem to belive that Bankroll Fresh, who is seen in the video with an assault rifle,  may have been the aggressor in the incident that brought about his demise and are looking to question more people from the video.

Rapper No Plug spoke with VLAD TV claiming that the shooting was in self-defense and Bankroll Fresh’s cousin Street Money Boochie also spoke with GRIP exclusively about the unfortunate tragedy.
