Chicago Rapper Chief Keef Staying Silent on NYC Shooting

Chicago rapper Chief Keef was the target of shooting in New York City on Saturday (June 2). Keef was unarmed during the shooting, however its clear the incident left him disturbed.

TMZ caught up with the “Don’t Like” rapper at the Los Angeles International Airport and asked him about the NYC shooting, but Keef is keeping a tight lip. “We don’t have scary incidents.” was the only response from the Chicago drill rapper.

One person from Keef’s camp is speaking about the incident. GBE affiliate Tadoe, who is allegedly in the midst of a beef with rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, stated “”Fuck all the ops. What you want to know?” he says. “Fuck all the ops. Y’all know how the fuck we coming through. Fuck all the ops, we from Chiraq. You know what we do to people?”

Chief Keef and his crew were just returning to the W Hotel when two men wearing hoodies fired shots at them. No one was harmed during the shooting and police are still on the hunt for the shooters who were seen fleeing the scene.
