Luke James Makes Soulful Return with “These Arms” [Listen]

New Orleans-born soul crooner and Star actor Luke James made a soulful return to R&B with the release of his latest cut, “These Arms”.

“These Arms”, produced by Eric Hudson, is a soul-stirring track that highlights the vocal prowess that James is known for. The lyrics tell a story of a love-obsessed man looking to please his lover. “So sugar tease me, please me, girl, do what you do,” he sings. “ I just wanna kiss and touch and feel all over you.” James’ Prince-esque vocals and flawless falsetto make this record a perfect addition for your bedroom playlist.

James’ latest single comes fresh off the heels of the season two finale of Fox’s hit television series, Star, where James plays the troubled R&B sensation, Noah Brooks. It was recently announced that James will return to reprise his Star role for its third season.

Previously, James released the successful single “Drip” and followed with a remix that featured rapper ASAP Ferg. With singles like “Drip” and “These Arms”, we hope to see a full length project from the singer soon!
