Back in June, Donald Glover announced that announced that there will be only one more album released from Childish Gambino, his rap alias. But apparently, the actor/rapper/comedian has had a change of heart.

The Stone Mountain, Ga. native revealed yesterday (August 9) on Clara Amfo’s BBC Radio 1 show that spending the past year in the UK has inspired him to work on music.

“I’ve been working on that here,” he said. “You guys have been very instrumental in my music. London has been very inspirational.”

“You still have a lot more time of calling me [Childish Gambino], if you want,” he added, referencing his June performance at Governors Ball Music Festival where he said the next album under the moniker would be his last.
“There’s nothing worst than like a third sequel,” Glover said. “Like a third movie and we’re like, ‘Again?’ You know, I like it when something’s good and when it comes back, there’s a reason to come back, there’s a reason to do that.”
During the BBC interview, he also shard information about upcoming Season 2 of “Atlanta” television show.
“I feel like if you rush it, you’ll start to get something you don’t want and then you start to question why you even liked it. I’m not gonna make anything until it’s ready. But to be completely honest, it’s almost ready. I’m pretty happy with a lot of the things, and I think it’s better than the first season.”
