Fabolous officially received the key to Brooklyn today as his native borough gave him his props for representing BK to the fullest. Fab made the announcement earlier this year in March and received his proclamation today and had his name was also cemented on Celebrity Walk in the Botanical Gardens at Prospect Park.
Fab also had his family on hand for the occasion as his lady Emily B and their kids Taina, Johan and Jonas were on sight for the crowning moment. Fabolous stated on IG, “Had the honor of being presented the Key To Brooklyn from Brooklyn Borough President @bpericadams today. Still crazy to me that I’m being honored by the place that birth, raised, & made me who I am today. Thank You Brooklyn.”
The late famed artist Jean-Michel Basquiat was posthumously presented with the accolade as well.
