Lil Wayne Calls Jay-Z the Greatest of All Time

Rarely does a rapper give props to another rapper as being better than them. But Lil Wayne is not your average rapper. Yesterday, the New Orleans trailblazer took to Instagram to express his admiration for Jay-Z, calling the New York rapper the Greatest of All Time.
