Is Meek Mill Sneak Dissing Drake and Nicki Minaj on ‘Meekend Music’?

Maybe the beef between Drake, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill isn’t quite over, as Rick Ross recently proclaimed during an interview on “Best Seat In The House.” On the three-track Meekend Music bundle Meek dropped in celebration of his 30th birthday yesterday (May 6), the MMG rapper seems to take subliminal shots at Drizzy and Barbie.

While he never name drops, references to his foes are evident. Take the first track “$lay” featuring A$AP Ferg, for example. The very first line is a play on Nicki’s moniker, rapping, “Woke up this morning I had a ménage.” Then, he rounds out the verse with a shout-out to Remy Ma, with whom Nicki has been beefing for some time now. He spits, “I’m on the roof with that scope / When I hit them little bitches like Remy, my nigga.”

On the second verse, he implicates someone of not writing their own lyrics and how he once had their woman. “Packing in this bitch and you know we reloaded / Look at the credits and tell you who wrote it,” he raps, “I had that bitch on my dick and she rode it / And she wouldn’t speak to you niggas. You know it.”

Then on “Left Hollywood,” Meek references Drake’s latest album More Life, rhyming, “Where I’m from, if you turn 18, then that’s more life.”
