It hasn’t been a solid month yet since Rae Sremmurd’s Slim Jxmmi copped his $100,000 gold-and-diamond-encrusted piece and chain. But now, it’s a thing of the past for the Mississippi rapper, according to French newspaper Le Parisen (via HipHopDX).
The duo was reportedly performing a concert in Paris when Slim dove from the stage onto the crowd. When he surfaced from crowd surfing, the “Black Beatles” rapper was missing his pricey and icy neck wear. After noticing his chain was gone, they stopped the show and demanded the thief return it. Sway Lee even offers 5,000 euros in exchange for his brother’s chain. When nobody came forth, they upped the ante to 50,000 euros and an opportunity to go on tour with them.
Unfortunately, the culprit didn’t budge. After the show, they filed a report with the French police.
Sway Lee tweeted about the incident yesterday (July 4), saying “My brother lost a 100,000 necklace in Paris crowd surfing #Sremmlife.”
