Rumors of T.I. and Tiny calling it quits have been swirling among fans for months now. It was reported yesterday that Tiny filed documents for their divorce on Dec. 7 in Henry County, Ga. Legal documents show that Tiny is seeking a divorce but wants the entire marriage annulled.

Now, according to Page Six, Tiny requests primary physical custody of their kids Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III, 12; Major Philant Harris, 8; and Heiress Diana Harris, nine months; as well as equal division of all assets plus temporary and permanent alimony.

In terms of custody, Tiny’s attorney writes: “Should custody in this case become contested it would be in the best interest of the children for the Court to appoint a Guardian ad Litem to represent the interest of said children and do a full and complete in-home study and further to appoint a mental health expert to do full psychological evaluations on both parties as well as the children for purposes of assisting the Court in making a custody determination.”

On the contrary, however, TMZ reports they are still on talking terms and trying to work through their issues. Since divorce paperwork has been filed, the couple has gotten together in person at least twice and sources close to the couple told the celebrity news outlet “things got romantic” and even with major issues still in the relationship but both sides need to work on “trust.”
