Chris Brown Describes Violent Assault on Rihanna

In a recently released tell-all documentary called, Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life, the R&B singer walks through his scarred relationship with Rihanna from start to the bitter end.

Beginning with meeting her at a show in New York at age 15, Chris shares how they became friends just hanging out to their relationship blossoming to him telling her “I love you” right after they became boyfriend/ girlfriend. He also gives graphic, blow-for-blow details of the night of Feb. 8, 2009, when Breezy attacked her.

According to Brown’s testimony, the fight started she was going through text messages on his phone and ran across something that she didn’t want to see. From there, the scene got ugly quickly.

“I remember she tried to kick me,” he says, “but then I really hit her, with a closed fist, I punched her…I busted her lip. When I saw it, I was in shock. I was like, ‘Fuck! Why the hell did I hit her?'”

He continues, “From there, she just spit in my face … spit blood in my face and it enraged me even more.”

CB says she got out of the car, screaming for help and saying, “He’s trying to kill me.”

He was convicted of felony assault and sentenced to five years probation, 180 days community service and a year of counseling.
