Forbes Names Beyoncé Highest Paid Female Entertainer

Beyonce is making headlines again for her million-dollar, in-home, maternity ward and with her topping Forbes Magazine 100 Highest Paid Entertainers of 2017, her reign seems to be just beginning.

On Monday (Jun 12), Forbes Magazine released their 100 Highest Paid Entertainers of 2017 and some Hip-Hop’s biggest artists topped the chart. Sean “Diddy” Combs took the number one spot with $130 mil. in earnings, while Queen Bey came in second overall as the highest paid female entertainer with $105 million.

Beyoncé’s reign as Queen does not seem to be coming to a halt anytime soon, regardless of her growing baby belly; her earnings isn’t the only way she is stealing the spotlight this week. With The Cater Clan anxiously anticipating the arrival of the royal twins, The Caters are preparing to bring in the bundles of joy at home with a lavish $1.27 million maternity ward. This comes after the couple received too much negative publicity about renting the entire floor during the birth of their first born, Blue-Ivy when the couple’s entourage reportedly would not allow visitors into the hospital at all.

In addition to a medical team on hand in the case her or the twins may need medical help, an ambulance is being rented to escort them to Cedars-Sinai Hospital just in case. The Daily Mail Reports are claiming that medical supplies and incubators were delivered to the Carters’ home with “an entire professional neonatal wing” being built on their newly acquired LA compound.

With her earnings from her second, highest selling album Lemonade, Queen Bey can afford nothing but the best for her bundles of joy.

This month’s issue wasn’t just about Bey, Drake came in at fourth place with $95 million while OVO crooner The Weeknd making the cover of Forbes as he comes in at #6 with $92 million and Steve Harvey made the list for the first time at #53 with $42.5 mil. in earnings.
