Meek Mill Responds to Trick Daddy

Meek Mill wouldn’t be Meek Mill if he didn’t cause a little bit of controversy with his words every now and then. The Philly rappers recently caused some chaos when he claimed that his Dreamchasers movement influenced people in Miami to do things like ride on yachts and rock Cuban links. A couple of days after the statement was made, Uncle Luke and Trick Daddy had something to say about it. Trick Daddy took to his personal Instagram account to address Meek Mill.

“Miami ni***s are not followers… Don’t use my city or my niggas for character references,” Trick Daddy said in an Instagram video directed toward Meek Mill. “I will get out of character. Do not f**k with me. Dirt bikes, Cuban links, and Yachts? We cocaine cowboys, ni**a.”

During a very recent interview with Power 99’s Cosmic Kev, Meek Mill made his response to Trick Daddy.

“I come from Philadelphia, all our OG’s, they don’t get on Instagram where we’re from. If they wanna say something to somebody, they get in contact with them and say it, especially when it’s that type of anger,” Meek Mill said. “This goes out to everyone in the rap industry, from hereon till a thousand years, I will always be handled with respect in live person.”
